REGULAR MEETING

March 1, 2005

Vice Chairman Edward Town opened the board meeting at 7:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance. Board members present were Edward Town, Richard McGregor, Mary Manninen, Jean Riechow along with numerous guests.

The Agenda for this meeting was approved on a motion by Vice Chairman Edward Town. Seconded by Supervisor Richard McGregor, motion carried.

The board read the minutes from the February meeting. They were approved with one correction to remove the words Fire Chief from the first paragraph of the new business section of the February minutes. Supervisor Richard McGregor made the motion, Vice Chair Edward Town seconded, motion carried.

The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by the board and approved. Supervisor Richard McGregor made the motion, Vice Chairman Edward Town seconded, motion carried.

Old Business:

The new development guidelines that the fire department set were sent to St. Louis County and approved. A change will be made to the guidelines to sate Use existing county limits 26’.

The township levy was discussed and will be brought up at the annual meeting next week.

The following claims were approved on a motion by Vice Chairman Edward Town. Seconded by Supervisor Richard McGregor, motion carried.
