End Balance - $19,103.84

Old Business:

Waste Water Treatment – Larry Warrington read the mission statement for this committee. They are looking at a cluster system for the Pucks Point area. There will have to be many systems. A centralized system is not a good idea. Right now they are gathering as much information and help as possible. Bridget Chard has been consulting with them. This will be a lengthy process. No one from the area will be forced to hook up to any of the systems. It was suggested that we levy money for additional funds for this project.
Jean Reichow looked at the Gheen hall to get some ideas for our area. Their hall is much to small for our needs. They got most of their money from the IRRRB.

Zip Code – There has been no new information regarding our zip code. Chairman Jack McMahon will call Mike Forseman regarding this issue.

Community Action Plan – The booklet is ready for distribution but the funds for this project have not come in yet. The committee asked if the Township would help financially for the printing and distribution until the money is available. The money will be reimbursed.

Supervisor Edward Town moved to pay for the printing and distribution of the booklet. $1,000.00 will be made available to the committee. Seconded by Supervisor Richard McGregor. Motion carried.

Road signs – The county was been contacted and they will take care of the signs.

New Business:

Supervisor Edward Town moved to have Sandy Moyer purchase a fruit basket for John Stegmeyer for his help with the Community Planning Meeting at the Kabetogama Community Hall. Seconded by Supervisor Richard McGregor. Motion carried.
