Planning Commission

November 1, 2005

The meeting was called to order by Paul Kiner at 6:35 PM.  Members present were, Alan Burchell, Paul Kiner, Bob Nevalainen and Niles Wilkins.  The minutes of the October meeting were read and approved.

The meeting time has been moved to 6:00 PM on the first Tuesday of each month.  We decided to have an annual meeting and election in March of 2006.  Members serving now will serve their term plus eight months.

Discussion was held on the By-laws.  They were reviewed and some modifications were made.  A motion was made to accept the By-laws by Alan, seconded by Niles, all members voted to approve.

Discussed having a member from the ARDC come up and talk to the commission. 

New business was tabled to the next meeting due to lack of time.

A motion was made to adjourn by Niles and seconded by Alan.  The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.
