Board of Equalization Meeting

April 26, 2007

 

The Board of Equalization meeting was called to order by Supervisor Edward Town at 1:00 pm.  Township representatives present were Supervisors Edward Town and Richard McGregor and Deputy Clerk, Marlene Tomczak.  Present from St. Louis County were Assessor Dan Christianson and Appraiser Cindy Okstad.

 

Four land owners presented their status and tax concerns.  One letter was read from a land owner. Two land owners tax reduction issues were presented by a representative. 

 

The board reviewed all presentations.  Supervisor Edward Town made a motion to approve the changes made and the decisions that no changes be made on the parcels that were brought before the board.  Supervisor Richard McGregor seconded.  Motion carried.

 

Supervisor Edward Town moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:45 pm.  Supervisor Richard McGregor seconded.  Motion carried.
